Celebrating 10 Years of The Miranda Brawn Diversity Leadership Foundation (TMBDLF)

Kompela were delighted and honoured to be invited to the House of Lords on Thursday 16th October for The Miranda Brawn Diversity Leadership Foundation’s 10th Annual Lecture and the launch of The Brawn Review on Boardroom Sustainability, Inclusion and Governance.

This ground breaking research, supported by the University of Oxford and the University of Roehampton, includes 50 actionable recommendations from 1,000 global board members across all diversity strands and sectors. It’s one of the most inclusive boardroom studies to date, addressing sustainability, inclusion and governance across every background, not just gender, race or social mobility but includes age, disability, neurodiversity, faith, religion, sexual orientation and class.

The team at Kompela had the great pleasure of contributing to the The Brawn Review and of sponsoring the event.

Silvia Cambié, Kompela’s Head of AI Strategy, said “Such inspiring speeches and leadership from Prof. Miranda Brawn and Dame Fiona Woolf. TMBDLF’s work to reach 1 million young people around the world as part of its “From the Classroom to the Boardroom” strategy is a true beacon of hope”.
